  • Stored only on your phone
  • Face ID and fingerprint lock
  • Encrypted backups

Your data is yours. We never see it.

Security was the first decision, not a feature added later. There is no account to create. Bank sync, AI, backups and the web view each run on an account you set up yourself. Read the privacy policy

  • Stays on your phone

No account and no server of ours. Everything is stored on the phone and works in airplane mode.

  • Locked to you

Turn on the lock and open it with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint. It locks again after a minute away.

  • Encrypted backups

Daily backups to your own Google Drive or a folder you pick, sealed on the phone with AES-256-GCM before they leave. The key comes from a passphrase only you know, so nobody else can read them.

  • Keys in secure storage

Your bank key, broker keys and sessions, AI key, ChatGPT sign-in and backup passphrases live in the phone’s Keychain or Keystore, or are encrypted with a key kept there. They stay on that phone and never go into a backup.

  • Only what is needed leaves

Categorising sends a merchant name and your category names. The assistant sends what it needs to answer, amounts included, and tells you first. Price lookups send a ticker. Drive access covers only the app’s own files, and folder backup can open only the folder you picked.

  • Nothing collected

No analytics, no crash reporting, no ads, no tracking. We never see a single record.

Add a record in seconds.

Tap the green button, type the amount, pick a category. The form fits on one screen and remembers the merchants you already know.

  • Straight from the home screenOn Android, a widget and a Quick Settings tile open the form on Expense, Income or Transfer.
  • Rules do the typingMatch a merchant once and every new record from it gets its name, category and labels. Run a rule on past records too.
Android and iPhone

Card payments that write themselves.

Pay and the payment lands in Money Manager. On Android it reads the notification from the payment app you choose, like Google Wallet. On iPhone, from iOS 27, a Shortcuts automation hands your bank app’s notification to the “Add payment notification” action. The payment waits for its category, and one tap saves it. The notification is read on the phone and never sent anywhere.

  • Syncs on its ownNew transactions come in about twice a day in the background and whenever you open the app, so balances stay current without importing anything. Your bank asks you to confirm access every few months.
  • Your bank key never leaves the phoneYou log in on your bank’s own app or site. The private key that reads your accounts stays in the phone’s secure storage, so the login is useless to anyone else.
  • Brokers, connected directlyTrade Republic with your phone number and PIN, Trading 212 with its official read-only API key, and Robinhood EU for crypto. Round-ups, Saveback, plans, orders, dividends and interest arrive as records and real buys, with shares and price. Your PIN or password goes only to the broker and is never saved.
  • One inbox for what needs youNew bank records land in the review inbox, next to captured payments and refunds that still need to be matched. One tap each and you are done.

Categories that sort themselves.

Your rules run first. For whatever is left, the AI you choose suggests a category: your ChatGPT Plus or Pro plan, with no key to set up, or Anthropic, OpenAI or Google with your own key. The request goes straight from your phone to the provider.

  • You see what is sentBefore anything leaves, the app lists it: the merchant and whether money went in or out, plus your category names. Never an amount, date, account, note or label.
  • You decideSuggestions wait for you to apply or dismiss them. Turn on Automatic and new records are filed while the app is open. Unsure answers are never applied.
  • Your key stays on the phoneThe API key or ChatGPT sign-in lives in the phone’s secure storage and never goes into a backup.

Ask about your money.

The assistant answers how to do something in the app, and questions about your own records, like how much went on groceries last month. It reads the records on your phone and runs on your ChatGPT plan.

  • It proposes, you applyIt can offer to move records to another category, rename a merchant, add labels or make a rule. Nothing changes until you tap Apply, and Undo takes it back.
  • Told before you startUnlike categorising, it sends OpenAI what it needs to answer, amounts, dates and notes included. A notice says so before your first question.
  • Nothing keptThe app asks OpenAI not to store the chat, and it is gone from the phone when you close the screen.

See where the money went.

Spending by category and subcategory, trends, cash flow, balance and a monthly statement, month by month or for one account. Tap any figure to see the exact records behind it.

Investments and debts, next to your cash.

Prices fetched daily, gains worked out for you. Any account can hold investments. Sync portfolio compares your shares with what the broker holds and offers to fix any difference.

Money you lent or borrowed has its own page. Repayments stay normal records, so balances stay right. Link a record to a debt from the record form or the review.

Know what leaves every month.

Add your subscriptions and bills once, with the amount, the account and how often they come: every week, every two months, once a year. Charges are linked to them as they arrive, and one monthly total shows what goes out.

  • Fixed or not, at a glanceLinked charges are your fixed costs. Cash flow shows them next to everything else, month by month.
  • Nothing slips byA new price or a charge that did not arrive is flagged. Reminders come on the day or a few days before.
  • Suggested from your recordsPayees that repeat show up on their own. One tap adds them.

And the small things that make it yours.
